Non-federal student loan Can't repay my loan Can't get flexible payment options Illinois

I went to - and I have a small federal loan that I can manage each month ( $65.00 ) I also was duped into private loans and when I called - - they said " we have options do not stress go to school. '' I moved out of state had a hard time with jobs and filed chapter -. My attorney was an idiot and kept dragging his feet and because of this I defaulted and he would n't file other paperwork for me. Someone please tell me how I will pay off - on - a year. This is n't a joke nor did this need to happen. Some people really need help and need this removed in bankruptcy.
