Medical Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt resulted from identity theft Texas

- - - ; Collection Reported -/-/- ; Assigned -/-/- ; was disputed with another collection company by the name Capio Partners for $360.00 ) on -/-/- and deleted because it was identity theft, after sending them all the paper work I was told by the GM that my information was not on file, I have proof of the fax and they should have proof of the phone by law! this should be a illegal collection act! AND I WAS NOT CONTACTED BY THIS COMPANY I HAD NO IDEAL ABOUT THIS DEPT, THAT THEY PLACE FOR COLLECTION THAT WAS WRONG!!!
