Procollect continues to harass me and defame my name by reporting a negative account that does not belong to me. I disputed this erroneous account and asked for them to send me some validation because I know this does not belong to me. They sent a paper with - different names on it, neither belonging to me. This is a phantom account that they have bought and are now trying to place on me. I will not pay something I do not owe and I am exercising my rights by asking for a proper investigation. Their time is up and this erroneous file needs to be deleted and they need to be held accountable for breaking the law!
