Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay Alabama

I was sued by Autovest LLC on an alleged loan. Autovest is a debt collector. They knew that the debt was beyond the statue of limitations. This company has had me in court for over 2 years and has tried to garnish my wages over a time barred debt.
