I was unaware of this judgment due to moving from - state to another. I have wage garnishment documents that I got from the mailbox today. It states that Autovest LLC won a judgment against me. Autovest, L.L.C. Consumer loan problems when you are unable to pay November 14, 2015 - So Autovest agreed to payment arragements of $250.00 a month. ( See Case number : - ) I can not afford that. I called several times to see if we could come up with a better arrangement I could afford. No calls back at all. Now they are garnishing my paycheck again.
