Incorrect information on credit report Personal information Illinois

Transunion has reported me as deceased to businesses who are considering giving me credit. This has been a problem for years. I did everything they required ; Social security forms, statements from social security administration, yet the problem continues. I believe someone is giving them the incorrect information, as I do n't have this problem with the other credit bureaus.
