On - -, 2015, I visited Banco Populars Loss Mitigation offices to apply for an alternative [ toforeclosure ], since I was unemployed and my mortgage loan is in arrears, and I want to keep my home. To this day, - -, 2015, I havent received any notification from the bank. I didnt receivenotification within five working days of filing the application, and now more than 30 days have gone by, and I havent been informed of any decision. I am including a complete timeline of my case. I hope you can help me, because I dont want to lose my home, and I want banks to learn to treat theircustomers well. Thank you in advance!
