Chase bank consistently mismanages the Escrow and engages in fraudulent practices of incorrectly assessing escrow. Without a significant change in county/ city taxes or insurance they just increased the mortgage payment by about $1000.00 per month after 5 years of regular payments. Chase bank does not provide visibility or an option to pay taxes separately.
