Credit reporting company's investigation Problem with statement of dispute New York

i disputed this information on my credit report : account receivables performance # - with all the - credit report bureaus because of inaccurate information, - and - responded with the deletion of the unverifiale and inaccurate information, however transunion refused to delete and claims this information is verified, i believe transunion did not do a proper investigation on this account, i do not owe that amount indicated in the collection account, this information is causing great harm to my profile, i want to give transunion the opportunity to delete this information immediately, before i escalate this dispute through a legal process. i have attached copies of the outcome of the disputes that i sent with the the other credit bureaus including transunion
