On -/-/14 my son bought a car financed thru chase bank.On or about-/-/-14 I got a - alert that a - car loan was put on my credit report.I t was thru chase bank.I notified them that I did not sign for a car loan or ever saw a contract for car loan.Never knew of a car loan, until after contract was signed.Chase bank fraudulently kept me on a car loan for a year and - and made money on a loan I never signed for.They sent me letter stating I would be responsible for the loan if it defaulted.They have broken banking laws that protect consumers from this.The contract was a sham and fraud from the beginning.Chase bank did not verify who signed the loan document or had it notarized at all.This amounts to fraud and keeping someone on a loan who never saw it for profit.
