I have recieved several calls from a company named Midland Funding. They are said to represent a payday loan that was taken out in 2012 online. They provided a false email address and false home mailing address. They have said the would sue me taking legal action because they want to ensure they will get monies in return. They accused me of recieving a payday loan at about $2800.00. When asked for proof and paper work trail they immediatly hang up.Then recall again within an hour.
