Conventional fixed mortgage Application, originator, mortgage broker Idaho

in 2000 I financed - acres and a manufactured home @ 9+ % interest rate. I was informed that after 5 years i could refinance. My mortgage company has changed hands several times, selling my contract to an investment group. I have tried several times to refinance. The investment group will not let me refinance with -. -Greentree/Ditect I feel like the are keeping me from refinacing, my hands are tied!! Please HELP ME!!!
