I attended The - - from -. I was promised enough student loans to complete - and the ability to transfer my credits if necessary. After using approximately $40000.00 in loansI was informed that my program had been cancelled. Not wanting to enroll in any other programs offered I decided to transfer. To my dismay I discovered that only a few of my credits would transfer and I had to start over again. The federal government has sued -, the parent company for just such fraudulent behavior. - has instructed the school to return - - dollars to it 's students and - has a class action suit in progress. Can you help me recover some of my losses?
