Incorrect information on credit report Reinserted previously deleted info Texas

I have disputed numerous accounts on my credit reports and they would remove them because they could not be substantiated or the information was wrong. I go back and check it again and they have put them right back on my credit reports. One in particular is CASH - one month they state I owe them $1400.00 - then all the sudden it went to $140000.00 - I called to dispute and they did remove it but turned around and put it back on their this month!
