U.S. Bancorp Credit card department,
- - - a Westamerica Bank loan officer - after he got me a credit card from Westamerica Bank. Then he insisted that I better fix damages to his home before he gets home from work or he was going to beat me some more. Out of fear I fixed the apartment on credit, but now the doctor says I ca n't work for - months. How am I suppose to pay for this I do n't know what to do.
