I opened a new - account on - -, 2015 and returned the device and cancelled the contract on - -, 2015. This was within the 14 day grace period as specified in the contract. I began receiving bills for an Early Termination Fee ( $420.00 ) shortly after, and I contacted - on - separate occasions, once on -/-/15 and - on -/-/15 where each time they assured me that the ETF was erroneous and would be removed. On -/-/15 I was contacted by Vantage Sourcing , LLC, a debt collector, claiming I owed $420.00. I have contacted - many times since then, and after many hours on the phone they still will not remove the charge or even allow me to mail them proof that I returned the device and cancelled the contract within the specified grace period.
