This was within the 14 day grace period as specified in the contract. I began receiving bills for an Early Termination Fee ( $420.00 ) shortly after, and I contacted - on - separate occasions, once on -/-/15 and - on -/-/15 where each time they assured me that the ETF was erroneous and would be removed.
