Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay Delaware

I had sent the company Ace Cash Express a letter stating I was revoking an ACH authorization they complied and then today I received an ACH debit on my checking account from an - -. First of all I do not know who - - is nor have I had any dealings with them and they took - out of my checking account. I can not have people I do n't know taking money out of my account. This is absurd to me. I find it fishy because it is the same amount I had with Ace. I am a mother and I have been very sick and every little penny counts.
