Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay Texas

I am not disputing the loan in question. I notified the office of my inability to pay and that I would contact when I would be able to start payments again. I mailed a certified letter on -/-/2015 after receiving a visit to my home with a threatening note of coming to my job. The letter will be attached. I received a call at my job from Midwest today with the threat to come to my place of employment by - -/-/15 after my written request that they only contact me by correspondence.
