Midwest Finance Corporation Consumer loan problems when you are unable to pay October 7, 2015 - I am not disputing the loan in question. I notified the office of my inability to pay and that I would contact when I would be able to start payments again. I mailed a certified letter on -/-/2015 after receiving a visit to my home with a threatening note of coming to my job. The letter will be attached. Midwest Finance Corporation Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info talked to a third party about my debt May 28, 2015 - I HAD GOTTEN A PAYDAY LOAN AND I HAD AN AGREEMENT WITH THE PREVIOUS EMPLOYEE. I HAD RUN INTO SOME FINANCIAL PROBLEMS AND IT SET ME BACK SO I WENT IN AND TALKED TO THE PREVIOUS EMPLOYEE SHE TOLD ME TO PAY WHAT I COULD WHEN I COULD. THE COMPANY CHANGED OWNERSHIP AND THE EMPLOYEES THAT WAS ONCE THERE ARE NO LONGER THERE. THE NEW EMPLOYEES, NOT KNOWING MY SITUATION, HAS BEEN CALLING ME EVERY SINGLE DAY SOMETIMES - A DAY CALLING MY JOB CALLING MY REFERENCES TELLING THEM WHAT I OWE WHAT THEY BE LEAVING MESSAGES SAYING AS WELL AS WHAT THEY GOING TO DO IF I DONT GET IN THERE.
