We had an outstanding debt with - - for the birth of our twins. We paid - - the $990.00, and according to the hospital, the account was settled on - -, 2015. A collection agency called Harris & Harris continuously calls and harasses us saying we owe them money for the balance. No matter how many times we tell them they have paid, they keep calling and saying we owe them money. First, they lied to us the reason they were calling is because - lost our payment and had n't posted to my account. When I told them - posted our payment on - -, 2015, - - told me it 's in my best interest to show Harris and Harris my bank statement to prove payment. He finally relented and said he would make an inquiry to - -. There is no explanation as to why an inquiry was never made beforehand. I need these people to stop calling, and I am not about to give these charlatans my bank statement to do so.
