Medical Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt was paid New Jersey

I was in a car accident -/-/2013. The bills were to be paid by the insurance company. My attorney and I have contacted the companies at least 10 times with no response. The bills should NEVER have been placed on my credit reports and should be removed ASAP from all three credit bureaus. There are - bills from the same company that were placed on my credit reports.
