I informed - 1 month before I swiched auto insurance companies that I was looking for better priced Insurance. I found insurance for half of what they were charging me with - - PA. and replased - with -. - now is reporting to - that I owe them over - dollars and this is in collection and is refusing o remove this from my credit report. In the state of Pennsylvania all insurance must be paid for prior to service, How can owe them anything? Car insurance is paid 1 month in advance also and I did not get any money returned for that or my home owners insurance.
