Credit reporting company's investigation No notice of investigation status/result California

Transunion has deleted my whole credit file of 31 years. Their agent told me they found the records & would put it back on file in 3 days. It has been weeks & they have not done so- Transunion - refused to take - 's credit information from - 'S credit rep for - accts I have with them. Only - is reporting my credit info correctly.
