- - - -, contacted my relatives ( --party ) to contact me. They left a message with my relatives ( - -party ) that if I do n't contact them I can go to jail. I believe they violated Fair Debt Credit Act ( FDCA ) which states the debt collectors or their representatives can not contact through --party ( Relatives ). Furthermore, threatening to take legal actions.
