Credit card Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Indiana

I just had a credit report done and find that - - is on my credit report I never apply for credit with them. Their reporting that I apply on the report in 2011 I was under - year old at that time. Also on my credit report they reported my name spelled different and different social security number and date of birth with also different residential address. They also was report all this different phone numbers .I filed a dispute with the credit bureau and this time and put a fraud alert on my records. I also have not receive a letter from in the mail for this credit card. On my credit report it states my current address and they have not sent no letters or I would of told them this is not mine bill. This is not my debt. I also was puzzled Midland Credit Management is not showing this debt owing on my credit report. I saw the - - on my report and disputed this creditor and they sent told me they sold account to MCM but this is not mine bill.
