Incorrect information on credit report Reinserted previously deleted info Pennsylvania

I have - collections on my credit reports. The one was removed and put back on. one was removed from - credit bureau. the other - are old accounts that were just recently put on my credit reports since I started trying to clean up my credit to enable me to get a home. they are over four years old and are just now showing up as a collection, which is frustrating when I have got issues cleaned up and more come out of the woodwork and put things on my credit reports
