Non-federal student loan Can't repay my loan New Jersey

I have sent numerous emails and placed many calls to HESSA-NJ class loans about negotiating a feasible payment plan. The loans were taken out for my attendance at - University in -, PA. They wanted - payment per month, but i 'm not able to afford that amount. So i started paying them - per month making an effort to pay what i can afford. Now they are wage garnishing me at - percent each paycheck. With my current income they are collecting - per month. If nj class would simply negotiate this price with me and create a reasonable payment plan, I would pay this amount with no problem. I would even pay - dollars a month, but they wo n't agree to it. Now i am in delinquency and they are taking - dollars per month, which i would pay without a wage garnishment claim. This can be settled in a honest and fair way, without destroying my credit.
