On -/-/2015 I got a call from there fraud prevention they ask if I ok a certain transaction on my - - card I said no.They canceled my card. I called Susquehanna Back they gave me the # for the place that charged my card. At that time I was told the person I talked to told me she will order me another card. It would take 5-7 business days till i get it. Well on -/-/-2015 the day before I was going to leave to go out of town I called the bank to find out my card was never ordered I hung up on them. After I cooled of for a little I called back and told the person I was leaving to go on vacation the next day she said OH MY and I said OH MY is right. I did n't want to carry cash with me she said to come into the bank to get travelers checks. I should not have to change my plans because they have incompetent employees. So I had to cancel my vacation ( fishing on the outer-banks with friends because of their screw up. I waited all year for this and was not going to have my friends hold money or checks for me. I want some kind of action from this bank I am out my deposit for the trip
