JPMorgan Chase Credit card department,

Each time I attempt to log into to Chase.com to pay my credit card ( now three months in a row ), they state that my info is not in their records. I am required to submit info again to get a text message and reset my password. I follow that step and pay, log out, and then log in again and the same thing happens with the new password. This is a 0 % balance transfer card and I believe they are trying to inhibit me from paying by the due date in hopes I will forget or miss the deadline so they can begin charging interest. I have been quick enough to reset days in advance but almost forgot because it takes --minutes to go through this process.
