Credit reporting company's investigation Problem with statement of dispute Arizona

I have repeatedly disputed the derogatory items with Transunion. - and - have removed the fraudulent items that I disputed upon verifying that they were fraudulent debts and not mine. however Transunion refuses to assist and help me in removing these items, leaving me no choice but to write a complaint. Transunion needs to remove the items from my credit report because they have been proven to not belong to me.
