I 'm been trying to refinance my mortgage since -/-/- now that they got this Harp programI still ca n't refinance due to my second mortgage I fill bankruptcy -/-/- this mortgageGot discharge but I 'm still paying for - mortgage and - have a lien on property how can I get this lien off to get approve for refinance.
