My mother lost her home to wildfires and shortly there after was diagnosed with -, leaving myself to have to take over her affairs. I discovered that the property was in the process of foreclosure. I brought it out of foreclosure and was making the payments for my mother. In - of 2014 she had to be placed in a - which takes all of her retirement and social security income. I wrote a letter of explanation and requested the loan be written off as uncollectable, but was denied. There is no home, but the mortgage company is foreclosing on the land which was deeded over to me while my mother could still sign documents for herself. What can I do to resolve this matter and get the land released?
