In -/-/- we were given an opportunity to purchase a family home. We had another house at the time and could n't make both payments. So - 's parents purchased the home until we could get the other - sold and get a loan in Our names. In -/-/- We were able to do that. we went to - - at the Key Bank - - Office in - Ohio. We told her we wanted a 30 year fixed mortgage. She talked us into doing a 10 year balloon instead saying that it would be faster and cheaper. She Subsequently gave us instructions to pay on it for about 5 years and then come in for a refinance. We were not crazy about the idea but ran with it because We had used Her several other times and figured She would be right in the end. Over the period of the last 5 years I have periodicity gone back to Key and asked to please be refinanced to a 30 year fixed mortgage. We were told we are upside down by any wheres from - to - dollars depending on whom you talk to due to the housing crash. Key

Over the period of the last 5 years We have gone to several other financial institution whom have all told us that because our loan is owned by Key and it has not been sold off to - or - they are not able help us. We are being told by people that desk top aprasels were common at that time. At least - times we received phone calls from branch managers of Key Bank saying they could make us an appointment with their mortgage department and get us out of the ballon payment and into a fixed rate loan at a lower rate only to be told at the meeting with the mortgage loan person that they can not help us. On - of those meetings, - took off work early to attendFinally this past - we got a mortgage person to tell us about the workout department. That mortgage persons name was - and according to - - of the north canton branch He is no longer with the company.- first call to this department was meet with a woman who was extremely rude to her. She asked what was going on the woman 's response was Well Since You Ca n't Make Your Ballon Payment Then You Just Need to Call A Realtor. - 's - call a few days later thinking if she got a different person she would get a different attitude. - was told there was a clause in the loan that stated they could n't do anything till three months before the balloon was due. Our question is if - knew that was the case why did She give us instruction to get refinanced after about five years into the loan. So we waited till - then called again. - got a woman that directed her to the paperwork for the workout Loan Modifacation paperwork. We filled it out and attempted - from our house to send the paperwork via email it did n't go through. - went to the - 's and - branch and the Teller, -, made an attempt to fax the papers for her. - called a few days later and found out they still had not recieved it. So she ran over to the - - branch were - - made a - attempt through email to send the paperwork. That was finally a sucessful attempt. That was - -. We received a letter dated - - explaining that they had received the paperwork and that we was under a 30 day review. So about a week and a half later - called to ask if they needed any additional paperwork or documentation to help the process. After being transfered through about - different people the woman finally found our paperwork. She after digging up my paperwork
