Payday loan Disclosure verification of debt Right to dispute notice not received Ohio

I have been contacted multiple times with threats that if I do not respond within the day I will be sued. Called to try to settle on a debt I believe to be paid and when I offered settlement amount just to get them off my back, I was told they would have to check with the 'courts '. Continued to receive a call every hour for the rest of the day. Still never received a 'validation notice ' or a notice of the right to dispute. Just constant threats of legal action.
