Citibank Debt collection department,

Credit card Taking/threatening an illegal action Sued where didn't live/sign for debt Florida

- - - has a lawsuit against me and is suing me for a delinquent credit card debt that I did not sign for. They have also been threatening me with harassing phone calls stating I 'm going to jail and have a felony, TOOK about 25 % of my wages ( - out of $1200.00 ) leaving me not enough money to pay my everyday living expenses which could cause me to lose my job. I just recently received the judgement from my job and the paperwork was sent to an invalid address where I no longer reside, so I did n't receive it or have any knowledge of it. I suffer from a - and am presently undergoing treatment due to being a college graduate and unemployed and basically homeless for years. I have just been employed about a year and trying to get my life back paying student loans etc. This has severely affected my health condition and is threatening to my job and my life. I have nothing and own nothing. I do n't have the money to seek legal help. PLEASE HELP! They are known for practicing illegal debt collection tactics.
