Professional Recovery Management Debt Collection Complaint

Medical Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt is not mine

Professional Recovery Management Debt collection department,

Medical Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Tennessee

Fox Collections has refused to provide enough information for me to certify this debt belongs to me. I requested Validation of this debt ( Acct # - - ) and my letter was received by Fox on - - 2015 by certified mail. Fox sent me a letter stating that they had verified my name and address ... nothing else sent. I have attempted to contact the original creditor on file, but they are now out of business and the new company is not servicing their old debt, nor has any record of it. Validation request was dated - - 2015 and Fox received it on - - 2015 ( see validation letter attachment ). Fox 's response was received - - and contained no detailed invoice and simply stated my name and the amount owed ( see attached evidence ). After speaking with the representative on the phone I was informed to sign and send in the authorization form at the bottom of the letter they sent. I did so on - - and still have received nothing in the mail. While speaking with the representative I located what I thought might be an EOB relating to the debt in question. The Fox representative and I both agreed that it was not and this EOB did not relate at all to the debt in question. I sent in a second validation letter dated - - 2015, received by Fox on - - 2015 at - ( see attached USPS return receipt and - validation letter attachment ). I have yet to receive a response to this letter. After reviewing Fox 's response and evidence to my - complaint I can only concur that I was correct in my initial evaluation of this alleged debt not being mine because they can not provide me with further details from the actual company. The attached evidence that Fox provided on the - website is from there own files and not the alleged original creditors ' database.
