Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting my free annual report Ohio

I have not been able to obtain my credit report online from transunion. When I origonally applied on annualcreditreport.com I obtained reports for - and -, but transunion said that the report was not available online. It said that I would receive the report through the mail. Transunion sent me a letter issued on -/-/2015 that stated that my credit report was not available due to Disclosure Request - Proof of Current Mailing Address ''. I tried to speak to someone today, -/-/2015. It took me over three hours to maneuver their system until I could speak to a representative that spoke English as a first languge. Once I spoke to that person my issue was explained and resolved in less than ten minutes. I have no particular issue with foreign call centers in general, but the language barrier was the main reason I was frustrated in my attempts to make a simple transaction in a timely manner. I spoke to no less than - different associates, and was channeled to at least - different numbers before resolving my issue. This is absolutely unacceptable. The Consumer finance protection acency was created precisely to deal with these kind of issues. I would have a hard time believing that these barriers do n't exist with the purpose of creating frustration for consumers. Several times during my ordeal I was offered financial products. I 'm sure that many individuals agree to purchase these produts rather than continue in the endless series of loops and hoops designed to wear you down.
