Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Arizona

I recently began to check my credit reports when I discovered a charged off account from Collection Bureau OF America alleging that I owe $260.00. On - -, 2015 I submitted a validation request in accordance to all applicable federal and state laws. Collection Bureau of America responded to my validation request with an invoice alleging i owe a debt. They can not be allowed to simply invoice me an alleged I owe a debt. There is no agreement or anything produced as requested within my validation letter. Collection Bureau of America has not removed this trade line from my credit as requested. My request was submitted via certified mail with proof of delivery. This company continues to add damages with their violations of collection and credit reporting laws. I notified - credit bureau of the dispute. Upon investigation the account was deleted. However, as of -/-/2015 the Collection Bureau of America is now reporting to - credit bureau. They are also reporting a different amount stating that there is a debt of $340.00, and causing further damages.
