I was offered $20.00 reward incentive to open a Sam 's Club - at the checkout line. At the time I signed up they said that the credit would show up on my first billing statement. I got my statement today and there is no credit! I called their customer service - and was told both times that the credit will show up in - to - billing cycles. Because of the deceptive practices I do not want this card at all. Sam 's Club - is issued through Synchrony Bank. I also have written letter disputing this and have mailed it to them per their instruction on the back of my statement.
