-/-/- I voluntarily returned a Ford Truck to the Dealership asI could not afford the $830.00 payments. A third party collector tookthat case to court, without even properly serve me. I have been paying on this debt -/-/-. Never missed a payment. I have been asking them to send me a statement as to how they are applying the funds every month. I am aware there is an annual fee of 10 % that they charge. So far I paid over and beyond the amount due. They are refusing to provide me any kind of statements as to how they applied those monthly funds all these years. As far as I am concerned, I either already paid this debt or close to it. But I need to have a schedule of payments and when would my last payment be. Please let me know what steps I should take. Thank you.
