Ford Motor Credit Company Debt collection disclosure verification of debt not given enough info to verify debt September 11, 2015 - -/-/- I voluntarily returned a Ford Truck to the Dealership asI could not afford the $830.00 payments. A third party collector tookthat case to court, without even properly serve me. I have been paying on this debt -/-/-. Never missed a payment. I have been asking them to send me a statement as to how they are applying the funds every month. I am aware there is an annual fee of 10 % that they charge. So far I paid over and beyond the amount due. They are refusing to provide me any kind of statements as to how they applied those monthly funds all these years. As far as I am concerne... |
