Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay Ohio

A collection agency is contacting my Mother, a - year old with health issues. She told them i do not live there yet they continue to call. On one call they told her to relay the message if i do not contact them before - they would be filing a complaint against me. First of all to tell a non spouse that any action is going to be taking against me is against the FDCPA. They were vague as to why a complaint would be filed which frightened her even more to death to the point when she was trying to give me the message she was unable to find the correct words which happens when she is stressed or flustered. They have one opportunity to leave a message after that the number should have been ceased and never called again yet they have made at least - calls to her. This is a debt I am disputing as over the course of 3 years they continued to take the payment out on the wrong date causing me insufficient funds monthly.
