Capital One Debt collection department,

Credit card Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Florida

There are - Capital one credit card accounts listed which I never had -, my father whom past away -/-/- had the same name as me and I had a business that was closed in -/-/- I do recall - account which was a business debt NOT personal. I need some assistance requested verification and validation nothing received.
