My wife has an Old Navy Credit card, and her total purchase for FY 2015 were $200.00. After several months of paying the minimum to pay off the balance she received a statement that now alleges she owes -. They will not send us an itemized statement showing how we reached this astronomical balance, nor will they explain it to us via phone. They immediately pressure my wife into a settlement discussion asking her to provide a date that she can pay 30 % of the balance and they will cover the rest.
