I have attempted to dispute a charge off with - -, I have spoken with what they stated was the presidential office with a woman named -. She explained to me that the charge off happened three days previous, - and continued to tell me to deal with collections. She offered no support and when I was sent to the collections number, they did not have my account on file, thus I was never notified about this debt/charge off and now they are refusing to attempt to remedy the situation. I do not have any records showing I had a balance as I presumed the account was closed. Thank you for your help. - -
