I had a corporate credit card with American Express through my former employer, - - -. My card number was -. I was retired from the company on - -, 2015. I turned my credit card in to the company account administrator on - -, 2015. I filed my final reconciliation with my company on - -, 2015. Unknown to me, on - -, 2015, someone charged - - $35.00 = $350.00 to reinstate - Points to my account. American Express says this was done on line '' but AME- can not identify who did it. I do not believe that I did this in any way, as the reward points '' are only approximatekly - miles and are certaily not worth $350.00. I had a phone conversation with AME- on this topic on approximately - - and specifically told them I did not want to reinstate these points as they were not worth $350.00. I did NOT go


have been telling this to AME- ever since I saw my latest bill around - -. I want a reversal of these charges. AME- has told me twice they would reverse the charges ; most recently yesterday - - -, 2015 - by a customer service representative named - '' at extenstion -. Then I am told they will not reverse the chrages because my account is closed, which makes no sense because they are still billing me for this - my account is closed in the sense that I ca n't make more purchases, but it is not closed in the sense that AME- still is billing me for something I clearly do not want and they can not show that I ordered ( because I DID N'T order it!!!!! ). Please help he with this. AME- has a complaint case number on this. It is -. Thank you.
