I have been trying to get verification of the debt because I think my ex-husband open this card in my name I tried to settle the debt and they would not give me the information in writing. - they issued a garnishment against me and they did not call me to try and settle and -/-/- they issued a garnishment against me and they did not call me to try and settle the debt or send me a letter.
