I owed - for a bill that I did n't know that I had. Southwest collection Agency contacted me I called -. I never received a bill from -, once - understood that there was an error and never got the bill they allowed me to pay them. Southwest could call my home phone being nasty, and then my cell ordering me to pay. After I had inform them that I had taken care of this bill with -. I informed Southwest Collection Agency and gave them proof of the conversation with - and that - stated that they would not be listed on my credit report. Southwest refuses to remove themselves from my credit report. I asked nicely and was told No, we will continue to report and remain on your credit report for seven year. Even after - informed me and I informed them that - stated that they should not be listed on mt credit report.
