JP Morgan/Chase Auto and - - - in conjunction with - - - and - - of NH, perpetrated a FRAUD car loan upon me in - of their high-risk predatory lending schemes for which they have been previously penalized/fined by Federal Government by litigation brought forward by NH Banking Commission in -/-/--to date. On -/-/-, all of the above perpetrators received a CH. - demand letter requesting they cease and desist their fraudulent claim against me and remove/delete all derogatory reporting filed against me in credit reporting agencies, and stop high-risk predatory auto loan schemes against me. MA and NH Attorney Generals have received copies of my Ch. - demand letter and complaint against above perpetrators. NH Atty General forwarded my complaint to NH Banking Commission which originally successfully litigated against JP Morgan/Chase in their previous high-risk predatory mortgage-lending schemes and Fed. Govt penalized/fined them for their illegal actions. On -/-/- - - received notice of a fraud alert on my account by JP Morgan/Chase Auto, yet continued to update my -/-/- Credit Report including derogatory comments on my account. Please contact TransUnion so that these derogatory comments by JP Morgan/Chase can be deleted. I lost - points on my credit score because of these fraudulent derogatory comments notated by TransUnion.
